Website privacy notice

Privacy with restraint.

This notice applies to the public Polidiot website at polidiot.com. It does not yet describe the full mobile application, which remains in development and will have its own production privacy disclosures before public release.

Current website state: Polidiot accepts early-access requests through a secure website form. We store the email address, preferred device, request time, and consent record in private Vercel Blob storage. An early-access request does not create an app account, process payment, or verify ownership of the email address. Automated verification and launch-notification emails are not active yet.

Information you choose to send

If you submit the early-access form and it confirms success, we store the email address you provided, your chosen device preference, the date and time, and evidence of your consent to early-access and launch communications. We use these details to manage early-access requests and, when communications are enabled, to contact people who requested them. The form does not collect a postal address or political preferences. If you contact Polidiot directly by email, we may also use information in your message to respond to your inquiry.

Early-access records and your choices

Records are stored in a private, access-controlled Vercel Blob store and are not displayed publicly. We retain early-access requests while preparing and administering the launch, subject to review and applicable retention obligations. You may request access, correction, withdrawal, or deletion by contacting hello@polidiot.com from the email address you registered. We may need to verify ownership of that address before acting on a request.

Website technology

The website is hosted on Vercel, which also operates the private storage used for early-access submissions. Necessary operational security controls may process technical request information to protect the website and form from abuse; the early-access record does not store visitor IP addresses. We do not intentionally use advertising trackers on this launch website or sell personal information. Email-delivery providers have not yet been connected to the early-access form.

Mobile application

The Polidiot mobile application is being built around privacy-conscious data practices. Product disclosures shown on this website are previews of the intended experience and may evolve before release.

Changes

This notice may be updated as the website gains new capabilities or as the mobile application approaches public release. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
